Exchange Policy – VLOEY
Overview
At Vloey, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. We do not offer returns; however, you may exchange products only in the case of manufacturing defects, within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Exchange Conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
- The item will be exchanged for the same model or another product of equal value if unavailable.
How to Request an Exchange:
- If you discover a defect, please contact us immediately at support@vloey.com or via WhatsApp with clear photos of the item.
- Once your exchange request is approved, the item must be shipped to our address.
- Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is due to our error.
Important Notes:
- Exchange requests will not be accepted after 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for exchange.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us.
